Some people are born with the creative gene and I never thought that was me. Hi, I’m Cyndi, the human behind Hive Renewed, and while I have been creating my entire life, I always thought I was lacking in creativity.  Then as the years of adulthood went by, I realized that creativity is different for every person.  Some folks are creative in thinking about the big picture, but I am creative in the way that puts things together. 

I love finding different uses for things that allow me to create something that is new. This is only part of the reason that I focus on reused and recycled items. Knowing that we are a culture of throwing things away, I wanted to make things that are beautiful that didn’t have to hurt our planet by purchasing new and in turn I am sharing that beauty with you with my shop. Every item that I breathe new life into is a showcase of the commitment to sustainability and individuality, creating pieces that are as unique as you are.

My journey began with a simple love for knitting and a small, local creative reuse center. But soon, that spark ignited into an all-consuming passion for crafts of every kind. I wanted to share these unique treasures with you so that together, we can create beauty, inspire hope, and celebrate the power of eco-conscious creativity.
